Staff are very knowledgeable and absolutely wonderful!!!!!! Prices are reasonable and they stock a large variety of items. They also have unique items not found at any other store or department. This is the place to shop!!!!!!
Not a huge selection. But you can find what you need here for your pets. Prices are fair. Staff are awesome. Thts the best part of the pet store is the staff!! Live animals Rodents, fish, birds reptiles etc.. And the in store bunny!! He's a big boy and kid friendly. Very awesome.
This place caters to people who really love there pets. The pet industry often caters to anyone who wants to buy the product, pets and food they sell to make that possible. This center takes some precautions to feel comfortable about re-homing the pets they have to sell. I would recommend this store to anyone who is cautious when it comes to adopting new pets. They have the most natural salt water aquariums I have ever seen. I have visited this store many times and have asked to purchase fish that where in quarantine. They would never sell contaminated fish. They hold high regards to the trust there clientele has with them. This is a valuable and reputable pet store.
A young lady took my call at 5:51 PM, and after telling her where I was calling from she was quick to say, " I'll get your crickets ready you come on and get them I won't leave till you get them. I showed up right at 6 PM and the lady was ready to take my cash. Now that is one example of going above and beyond because she didn't tell me to wait till morning, and, she waiting with order packed for me. Super kind young lady.
I absolutely love buying fish from this particular pet store. The staff is highly knowledgeable and spend the time with you to understand your choices. They carry both freshwater and saltwater fish and everything that you need to take care of them. Even though it is a very small store they do sell aquariums, birds, reptiles and literally they have everything you will need for your pet.
