After changing out my washer and dryer, my valves started leaking in the taps. Water damage freaks me out so I was in a panic looking for a plumber to fix it up. One plumber quoted me $350, which seemed very heavy. So I called Doug the Plumber & Gas and they fixed me up for about half that price! And did it same day. Tried to sell me a hot water tank when I needed was a relief value. When I attempted to discuss the matter with him he became aggressive and verbally abusive. I hired someone else, who replaced the relief valve and solved the problem. Too bad 1 is the lowest star rating possible. Given the chance I'd be giving him negative numbers out of 5.
