In the new Cliffe Ave location.The decor is fine, except they should of painted the drop ceiling tiles. They take away from the overall atmosphere The food was awesome. They had about 4 different seafood entrees.I went for the stuffed sole. My date went for the salmon. Both were tasty.Waiter was attentive but not overly so.Wine selection, while not large was adequate.I noticed when tables are cleared for next patrons, new table clothes, upper and lower were replaced. 1 glass of wine, 1 appy, 2 entrees, 2 dessert, $90. I will be back
Lovely small selection, with interesting daily specials. REAL HOLLANDAISE SAUCE, not poured from a bottle. I had the prawns stuffed with escargot. 'To die for.' My friend had one of the daily seafood specials. We loved it so much that I'm coming back this week with a party of 6! This chef is imaginative and clearly, the kitchen is skilled. I find most high-end restaurants in the Valley have a certain same-ness in their menus. Not Bisque! Hope they will survive through this difficult period after moving and continue to tickle our taste buds for a long time.
The food was very disappointing. Over cooked vegetables. Pasta noodles were all stacked together. Fish entree was very bland.
Wonderful meal in a most pleasant atmosphere. Impeccable service. Will be back
In short, a winner. Not a fancy interior but judging from the demand for seating from a pretty sophisticated looking group of guests, we shouldn't have been surprised to be served some extraordinary food. A very competent chef of course plus a more than adequate wine list combined for a great dining experience, especially for NOT skyhigh prices. Great food for great value. Go.
