Very poor after service....add to that a no refund policy. No need to pay big dollars for abuse. Another example of why online sales are expanding.
The staff is very knowledgeable about their products and is always willing to bring in something from another location if they don't have what you need. Also, their prices were better than I could find online.
My elderly mother went there to buy some shoes she was ignored and disrespected she told me that the manager smelled intoxicated. This store advertises as if they have fabulous deals where actually they sell old styles for full price.. careful they will not refund and often dont have sizes you need. Next time we will shop online save money get better selection
I have diabetes and very tender feet and I got the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned and I'm going back here today to get a second pair so one pair can rest for a day while I wear the second pair. And Charity was so helpful and so knowledgeable and I was treated so well - beyond any level of service I ever expected. They made a customer for how many more years I may have ahead of me.I just got back from Searle's with another pair of my favourite SAS shoes and Charity, once again was great. I walk using two crutches so she carried my new shoes out to my car that I had parked on Duncan. I'm sold on Searle's - great shoes and great service - you do get what you pay for and I really like supporting local businesses like this one. Thank you again Charity.
