The first time I called Stephanie at Sudhana's Healing Solutions, I was looking for someone to help me release the tension and stress as soon as possible. She did everything possible to get me in as soon as she could, and took the time on the phone to talk with me about my needs and how her practice could help me as a woman. When I made an appointment with her, she was very kind, down-to-earth, and compassionate. She made a very safe place for people to come and experience emotional and physical release. She is not a counsellor, but shows that she cares about people and their challenges at the same level. I became very relaxed, and she was very professional and met me where I was at, if I wanted to converse or have a quiet session. I left Sudhana's with my shoulders noticeably dropped, my body relieved and on the path to healing itself further, and feeling generally supported and cared for. I called her later to tell her how I felt like the first ugly layer of "yuck" had been peeled off, and how my skin immediately looked less stressed. I felt more circulation in my face, and she is right about needing to drink lots of water after.Excellent place to go if you want to just have a simple massage, or for an experience where you feel genuinely cared for along with an incredible massage.
