When I walked in, I was a hot mess, hair was at a point of complete failure due to so many variables, Deb looked at me honestly and told me straight, in the most professional way, what needs to be done. And I still got my colour I wanted and my hair is healing and getting healthier, thank you Deb, you are amazing!
My first time at this salon was so weird! Their service seemed really good in the beginning, with tea and chocolates served and friendly customer service. But my stylist was uncomfortable taking the reigns, hesitant to give me suggestions, seemed very unconfident in her ideas, went to ask someone else for advice multiple times, didn't pay close attention to details, wasn't able to answer some of my questions, was all over the place, and then her end solution was to send me home so I could look at pictures and bring her back a clear idea of what I wanted, which is a great way to lose business considering I was ready to pay to have my hair done right away. I still offered to pay for her time and it's nice they said I didn't owe them anything for talking to her, but I had a lot of money to spend today! Maybe that level of caution is a good thing so they can make sure their customers are happy? But, it wasn't good for me lol. I have never experienced that before! I usually go into salons and only give them just a vague idea of what I want, or multiple choices to play with, or I say, you can do whatever you think would look best on me! But this stylist was not into that! She wanted someone to hold her hand every step of the way. The only suggestion she put on the table was something completely unrelated to what I came in for. I didn't feel comfortable complaining in person, so I agreed to come back to see her again, but the truth is I won't be.
Im very happy with the service and care I received at Level 10! I feel and look fantastic, the conversation came easily and the salon is wonderful. Brittany really made my visit a great one, and its been a while since Ive felt that way when getting my hair done. I will definitely be back!
