Super efficient and nice technician. I had my sofa and carpets cleaned and they look amazing. I also had my dryer duct cleaned and was very impressed with the care the technician took. The price was very good too. I've been using these guys for years (when they were with Sears) and have always been happy with the price and service.
Fresh Look was in 13 August & did living room, dining room, hallway & steps & did an excellent job of freshening up older rugs. The stairs particularly showed a lot of grit & the technician ensured they were perfect. He was punctual, polite & professional. Very satisfied & would definitely use them again.
I was very impressed with the service and the results were much better than I thought was possible. Arrived on time did a fabulous job, very polite and why would you rent one of those bulky machines and do a half a job yourself.
The service man was very cordial & a hard worker. He spent extra time to get stains out; I'm actually surprised he came all the way out here with all that equipment for only $100. Excellent service!
Awesome service for duct cleaning & dryer vent cleaning. Jay was polite, efficient & obviously knew what he was doing. He answered all my questions and completed the work in a timely manner. Really appreciated him arrive on time & when the appointment was booked. The followup by the office was greatly appreciated, nice to know that they wanted to know how the job went. Great work guys, will definitely get you in again.
