Awesome park by the water.The new amenities are great. There are lots of covered areas to stay dry in the rain.The new kids playground makes me upset that I am not a kid anymore.It looks like a lot of fun.
Nicely groomed trails through thick woods and clean blue/green river; beautiful! Saw a sign at the other side saying 'walking only' but we saw others on bikes and no one seemed upset sharing the path
Really clean and well laid out park. We watched some resident seals fight over salmon scraps which was pretty neat.
It's a nice place to walk near the estuary. Lots if birds and other wildlife.
A great place for a peaceful walk and watch for the river otters between the marina and the mouth of the estuary. Be sure to go at sunset at some point as you look back from the point towards the mountains!
