went in so buy a set of saddle bags and the rack for by bicycle. Found a complete set and asked the sales clerk if the tool was included to put it on as I was on an expedition to get last minute items for my Great Grandaughter's first birthday party. He let me know the bike tech just happened to be there and he would help. Alex the bike tech did indeed help. He discovered that the mount for the set had to be modified to use on the front of my bike but did not just slap it on. Instead he carefully looked and did some trouble shooting to ensure that if the unit I purchased had to go on the front that it would be done safely. Alex, thank you very much! It worked great and I did not worry about it at all. Great service overall from sales staff to tech
