It's a grocery store like any other....they have your typical soups and sandwhiches in the deli but also have a decent hot menu (the Chinese food is awesome and so are the prices!)What I like is -unlike most grocery stores- they have lots of tables and the dinning area is more like a proper restaurant(rather then just a row of bar stools and a counter like you see at other stores) This set up makes it way easier when you have kids to feed..baby seats and coloring books and whatnot are on hand , or maybe you are on lunch break and just want some time to eat, relax and read the newspaper - instead of being forced to sit next to (due to limited seating) some stranger whose talking your ear off , then this is the place to go!
I love this store.The staff are friendly and the food is great...They have an awsome deli.They also have a hidden gem upstairs,It's a house and home gift shop with some really nice items but they also have couches and nice chair groupings where you cab sit have a coffee or tea and enjoy a snack. It is really nice up there and often quite quiet. Great place to have small meetings..
Quality foods has great products and produce. This small chain also supports community events. Prices can be high for some items. Dollar days is great.
This Quality Foods was a really nice one actually. I like how you can always expect a certain standard from Quality Foods. Their Chinese food is usually the best in town. ( In my town anyway). They always have an excellent selection of quick hot and warmable food options.They have a great area where you can purchase Deli made sandwiches etc. It's a full-service grocery store with a deli meat department Bakery Confections Etc.They usually have a lot of things on sale.
Worked here for 8 1/2 years. Miss it, but its a great place to shop for food. You earn points with your Q-card, amazing deals, and even sit upstairs to enjoy coffee or a nice blended smoothie.
