Tony is super ..best I have found in the business. Clean, well maintained and lots of cardio...Celine and the group fitness are also best in class...
Tony is very helpful.....if you are going to workout in jeans and dress shirt ....please go home wrong on so many levels lmao.....i will be back.

Great gym that has everything you need to get and stay in shape. The staff are knowledgable and approachable, and always willing to make time for both newcomers and longstanding members. Membership is fairly priced and some classes are included. Give it a try, your body will thank you
