Great place to get trained.
The new gym at Ki Fitness & Health in Courtenay is awesome! The equipment is top of the line, the space is newly renovated, and the personal training Ive done with Jared Sato has been a truly great and rewarding experience. Jared has a deep knowledge of the body and physical training, and he took the time to teach me, and my wife, all about body kinematics and proper technique. Also, with Jareds great positive attitude, there was no shortage of encouragement to help us along. I will definitely be back to train at Ki Fitness & Health, and I highly recommend checking it out!
A very high end personal gym with many options, classes for yoga and martial arts as well as personal training or drop in private sessions. Jared is fantastic and really welcomed me into the Ki family. I train with Michelle (Alive PT) and she is utterly fantastic! Very clean and modern with up to date, well kept equipment.
It is my absolute pleasure to recommend Jared for a personal trainer at Ki Fitness.Jared was my personal trainer for about 2 years.i thoroughly enjoyed my time working with Jared and came to know he is a truly valuable asset to absolutely any kind of fitness. He's honest, dependable and incredibly hard-working. All with a sense of humour and his vigourous drive is inspirational. Beyond that he is an impressive knowledgable person who will give you your results.His knowledge of philosophy and fitness was a huge advantage to me ,he put his skill set to work in order for me to achieve my goals and it went beyond all expectations that l had.Along with his indescribable workouts undeniable talent Jared has always been an absolute joy to train with I would not hesitate to consult with Jared for any future projects and i am pleased to say that he would be an asset to anybody's fitness program.NOTE***** Moved to Halifax....if only there was a way to clone him!Cheers Dawna
