The rooms were clean, and the stuff in the room was pretty new. Normally, something this well kept costs a lot more.
Hotel is OK, but since we've been here for the past 12 years for the same event, we would expect not to be booted from the room, we have stayed in for several years. Why did we get booted? Because there are new owners and a manager from Vancouver didn't want to move his stuff from the room, we always book and stay in. While we got another room, it wasn't nearly as big, nor able to fit all of us comfortably. Would not recommend and will be looking for new accommodation for next year.
Overall I would rank this hotel between low and medium. This is not an expensive hotel , nor is it an inexpensive Hotel. On the plus the rooms are extremely clean, but do seem a bit outdated. There's an outdoor pool here for the kids to blow off steam and for you to relax and get some sun. There is free Wi-Fi and the only noise comes from people leaving early in the morning in their cars in the parking lot. Ask for a room that is on the ground level, because although this hotel is non-smoking, many of the patrons just smoke right outside of their hotel room door. This allows the smoke to come up the second level rooms.
Stayed here with our 2 kids age 3/7. Great experience overall. The location is great it's close to grocery stores and restaurants and has a nice pool. Beds are very comfortable and clean and the kitchenettes are perfect for preparing food. Overall the place is pretty clean and Margaret (wonderfull front desk lady) is very sweet and helpful. Our room didn't have AC but had a fan and was still comfortable so not a big deal for us. The water pressure in our shower was incredibly powerful . If you need a clean comfortable affordable place to stay with a young family then this place is perfect. We will stay here again
Mostly clean and tidy. Reasonably close to within walking distance of restaurants or shopping. But at best should be considered a "budget" type of accommodation. No continental breakfast offered, and the ice machine/pop machine room was missing the pop machine and the ice machine seemed to be turned off...both rather odd for during the heat of summer.
