We had a lovely stay in Courtney. Rooms are updated and large with comfortable beds. The staff was super friendly and gave great local tips. Would stay again anytime we come back to Courtney.
Beautiful facility! Heated salt water pool and jacuzzi, spacious rooms, nice gym, guest laundry room and a good restaurant. Staff were very helpful and professional. Coffee/Latte machine in lobby and fresh baked cookies.
What an amazing hotel! I loved my stay there. I can't wait to return. The epitome of comfort. Fireplaces in the room, huge bathroom, fridge, microwave, utensils, plates. Everything you need, they have. And the spa.... Oh my. 5 plus stars!
I recently tried to book a 5 night stay at the hotel. After getting the runaround from a few people, I asked to speak to the manager. She was rude and less than helpful. When i asked to speak to her boss, i was told there was no one above her. I guess the manager owns the hotel. I would never stay at this hotel, based solely on the poor customer service. ***Based on the reply I don't feel that an accurate representation was given to the GM. Who I was told didn't exist... Apparently customer service is not a strong value to this hotel***
Really impressed with the amenities here I love my stay, wish it could have been longer.Beautiful, huge condo style rooms, friendly staff, love the coffee bar, lots to do nearby. Wonderful getaway!
