An excellent hotel, we always stay in the mountainside wing which has a beautiful walk in shower and is directly off the car park for ease of luggage. we cannot find a fault in the hotel, quality comfortable bed, lovely towels etc. We even had a kettle which is wonderful for English people who love a hot cup of tea !!!It has a brew pub on site which seems very popular.The Flying Canoe pub can be very busy and noisy at times, particularly Karaoke evenings - this might appeal to some people! Lots of delightful eating places within walking distance.
Have been coming to this Best Western since i moved out here. Excellent room, friendly staff. Only criticism, not toasted enough toast. Which is nothing. Everything is perfect.
Hotel check-in was a bit slow due to our large group and only one desk clerk, but he was nice and friendly. Room was large and clean. Restaurant onsite (you pay) and a lounge/pub that had live music. We chose to sit outside on the patio. Service was quick and food was good. Would stay here again.
Clean and well maintained. Service was very good in the Westerly Restaurant for both Breakfast and Dinners. Room was clean and comfortable and all amenities worked as they should. Only downside was parking on the "Ground Level" for oversized vehicles was limited in the front lot and that "Back Lot" left a lot to be desired. If you are in a vehicle under 6'10", the underground parking is perfect.I will not hesitate to stay again or to recommend.
The desk clerks are ever helpful and remembered our names after a year and a half. The beds are comfy and the food in the restaurant was delicious. The Pub is a friendly place with great food too.
